Hi!

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.The most common reasons for mid trimester pains are increase in size of the uterus to accomodate fetus thus growing uterus pushes intestines, pressure on urinary bladder, ligaments getting stretched, indigestion, baby movements etc..Also if you are dehydrated you will get pain.Things to immediately notofy a doctor are any abnormal pain not subsiding to rest, drinking water, accomapanied by uterine cramps, bloody discharge etc.
For you it seems indigestion is a problem.Start with small but infrequent meals.Avoid heavy fatty foods, deep fried stuff.have plenty of water, fruit juices, coconut water, buttermilk. Also if possible go for morning walk.Feeling hungry is a good sign that pregnancy is normal.See a doctor if vomiting doesnt subside.TAke care.
