Hi welcome to HCM. There's an easy solution to your problem. Take a spoonful of magnesium sulphate powder, mix with a spoon ful of glycerine in a spoon and heat on stove till the powder mixes well with the glycerine. Now cool and apply to the nipple alond with soframycin cream and fix with a bandaid. Change this twice a day---it will help in clearing up the inflammation, and infection and also draw out the embedded hair. It will also avoid use of oral antibiotics and medications which should be ideally avoided in pregnancy. Hope my answer helps you--regards.
