How Can A Prolapsed Bladder Be Treated?

I have a prolapsed bladder. I am 76 yrs old. I think it is probably stage 4 at this point. I went to a urologist last year and he told me it was a stage 3 at that point. He said I could have surgery or just live with it.. It wasn t really causing me much problem. However, in just the last few days I began having trouble emptying my bladder. I feel like I have to eliminate but can t accomplish anything but a small dribble. What are my options with this problem?
