How Can A Raised Bump On The Face Be Treated?

I have what looks like a scratch on my face about 3 inches long. It is raised almost like poison ivy. It is not blistered or open. It has not changed in the last 2 days. I have used hydrocortisone cream with no change. It does not hurt or itch. I do a lot of gardening but don t remember scratching myself with a plant or with my fingernails. I am not prone to poison ivy or any of the poison oak ect. I could walk through it and have no effect.
