How Can A Raised Labial Lump Be Treated?

Hi i have a raised red bump on my labia. It sort of look like its hanging off or something. There is no puss or blood. Its tender if touched. What could this be. To me it look like a wart but not as rough looking. It dont look like a coloflower its just red, smooth, raised and look like its haging off. What is it?
