How Can A Raised Tender Spot On The Finger Be Treated?

Hi, I have a raised area on the top of my finger that has recently seemed to become larger, is tender, and spontaneously bleeds significantly. It does not have the typical physical appearance of a wart but has been on my finger for more than a year at least. The pain and bleeding have just begun in the last week however. I must keep it bandaged at all times because of the bleeding. Should I try a wart removal product despite the bleeding?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a pyogenic granuloma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Curative treatment options are cryotherapy, cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
