How Can A Rash On The Foot While On Xarelto Be Treated?

diagnosed about a month ago with A-fib been on Xarelto,lopressor,htz,lipitor, had a TEE and Cardioversion done thursday afternoon(didnt work) Saturday developed a small rash on the inside of my right foot. washed it used some Auquafor ointment at bedtime noticed it was worse so again washed and then used cortaid on it, this evening after i took my shoes and socks off have bad rash over most of right foot and starting on toes of left foot, i have had athletes foot in the past this is defint;ey not, it is a red bumpy rashon toes top of foot and inside edge of foot

As per your case history of rash on feet, my treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
