General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of leaking stoma, which looks to be for urinary diversion, tried all types of rings, pouches and skin glues.
Since the urinary stomach is small and you have uneven skin the possible treatment can be as follows:
Consult your Surgeon for clinical examination, investigations.
He can find the reason for leakage.
Re-positioning of stoma and creating a sort of valve may help.
Also discuss about diversion into rectum or intestinal pouch.
See if catheter drainage helps although temporarily.
You can always take a second opinion.
Try to found the Specialist who deal with stoma and may help a lot.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
