How Can A Recurring Dermoid Cyst On The Finger Be Treated?

I have a recurring dermoid cyst on my right ring finger. Last fall I had it drained. It finally healed and then it started again, same finger but closer to my hand. It is quite inflamed and right where I bump rather frequently. The PA who drained it said that they are sometimes very hardto heal.
