How Can A Recurring Strep Throat Infection Be Treated?

Hi, I contract strep throat at least 4 times a year, and I am thinking if it would be beneficial to see if I should get them removed. But I know every doctor goes by the frequency of how many times an individual gets the disease and not sure if 4times will be enough. I would prefer they be removed. Thank you

Hello

As you explain the situation this is to be decided by an ENT specialist doctor
He or she should examine you further and according to some specific signs and symptoms will decide if they should be removed or not.

Regards

Dr.Jolanda
