Hi,

It is looking like Dermatitis and can be due to any facial cosmetics. If you use any steroid based face ointment or cream then it can also cause this. So, first of all, consult a Skin Specialist and get evaluated.

It will help in ruling out the exact cause of the rashes. For now, you can wash your face with cold water multiple times a day. You can also rub ice. You can apply Calamine lotion to soothe the skin.

Cooled aloe vera gel can also help. Drink plenty of water and avoid applying any creams on the face.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
