How Can A Rough Bump On The Inside Of My Right Nostril Be Treated Long After A Sports Injury?

Hello. About 4 years ago. I got hit in the nose with a basketball. And i had my first nosebleed. Since then. I have not had any more nosebleeds. But i thought it had healed seemingly normal. Well about a month ago. I noticed a rougher bumb on the inside of my right nostril at the back base of my septum. It hurts if i touch it. Then. It feels like there is something rough in the skin on the inside of it. But the inside of my left nostril in smooth. Please help.
