How Can A Scab On The Penis Be Removed?

So I have a scab on my penis that I got from masturbating with cloth. I’ve never had sexual intercourse. I’ve had this scab now for years and does not go. I also have dry skin in other regions of my penis that were also there for a while now. I’m getting nervous and paranoid and I’m too shy and nervous to visit a doctor. Is there anyway I can get rid of this?

You need to apply Cream clobetasol and cream clotrimazole in the lesion. It will subside, dont worry.
