The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is freckles. Freckles are very difficult to treat and require regular use of sunscreens. A sunscreen of atleast 30 SPF can be used half an hour before sun exposure and at 9 am,noon and 3 pm.Topical tretinoin can be applied at night over the affected area. Intense pulse light therapy can be another treatment option. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
