How Can A Severe Headache Be Treated?

I swallowed meth for the 2nd time in my life and i have this massive headache ive never had such a badthrobbing headache all over my head it hurts so bad im starting to feel like im going to throw up. The headache hurts so bad and i just took i like an hour or so ago. Ive been drinking gatorade and i was well rested and ate before hand. What ia wronf with my head? I took wome naxprosen and a 10 mg norco but ita not helping its just pounding more and more it feela like my heads going to explode it hurts so bad i want to cry.
