How Can A Skin Cut On The Lip Be Treated?

Hi.. I opened a glass bottle of coke earlier.. I took a gulp of the drink then noticed something sharp in my mouth but never swallowed the sharp bit.. I cut my lip but worried I my of digest small bits of glass.. I put the piece that was in my mouth around the top of the bottle it fit with a lil 1 cm piece missing.. I m in no pain just a little worried.. What would you advise? Thanks

Thanks for the query..

Well there is a possibility that the piece of glass has fallen away and not swallowed by you..

In case if you have swallowed also then there is a possibility that it will get excreted out of the body along with stool..

Eat banana and other solid foods so that the piece of glass gets off from the body through stool..

For the cut over the lip you can clean it with antiseptic solution and apply antiseptic ointment over it..
In case if there is pain take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen only if it is needed..
