How Can A Skin Infection In The Armpit Be Treated?

I have a question I believe I have an infection on my armpit but I just don’t know what infection it is. It’s kind of a bump but small roll of skin it’s white and if you take the peeling skin off it’s red underneath like my armpit is shedding I’ve looked online and can’t find anything similar at all to what my armpit looks like

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history provided it could be the superficial skin infection or it could be the wart like lesion. If you provide the photo then further comment can be given easily. If it is infective etiology than antibiotic locally can be applied. If it is wart like lesion then cautery may be needed. Consult Dermatologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
