How Can A Sore Labial Lump With Pus And Swelling Be Treated?

I had a small hard lump on my left labia which I thought was a blocked pore I could squeeze it and some thigh fluid would come out it wasn't causing any concern so I left it. When I woke yesterday morning the whole thing was swollen, red and sore. Have been able to squeeze a little fluid and have soaked in a hot bath, should I see my gp.
