How Can A Sore Rash On The Scrotum Be Treated?

I have a small patch of skin on my scrotum that is very sore. Particularly when I walk. It is located almost at the crease of my leg where the scrotum is close to my leg. It is very uncomfortable when I move as my leg rubs against it.
It has been very hot recently and I wondered if this soreness is aggravated by heat.
I applied some Nivea cream on it, which relieved the pain temporarily.

Hi,

You could be suffering from intertrigo (Inflammation of skin folds). As you said, it is aggravated by heat and sweating. I advise you to use a dusting powder to reduce friction. You could apply an antifungal cream before applying the cream. I recommend you to consult your Dermatologist for confirming the diagnosis and to initiate the treatment.
