Hello,

You may be suffering from acute pharygitis with lymphadenopathy. Post nasal drip itself cause repeated pharyngitis.

Use salt water gargling thrice a day and water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
