How Can A Spider Bite Infection Be Treated?

I believe I was bit by a brown recluse spider about a week ago. I went to the ER and received antibiotics, which I have been taking. However, the area seems to becoming inflamed again and very itchy. It is still painful and is draining a yellowish fluid. Should I seek medical attention again or I have been reading that I should try charcoal or echinacea. Can you please advise me? Thank you.

Some spider bite causes local necrosis which is difficult to heal continue antibiotics and add anti allergic medicine like cetrazine. And local antiseptic ointment.
