How Can A Spinal Cord Injury Be Treated?

I had a spinal cord injury when I met with an accident. I was sitting on the back seat of the bike when the bike skidded I fell on the ground with my seat facing the floor injuring my lower part of my spinal cord. since then I am facing severe pain, please let me know suitable treatment -- Thanks
