How Can A Strain Injury To The Ear And Eye Be Healed?

Hello. I an a missionary in africa and many times i sleep in different beds. The mattresses are so soft that i wake up with my chin almost on my chest. I have a strain injury on my right side that affects the right ear and even the right eye. How can i heal it . Thanks JH ? Please type your query here...e
