General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The issue of penis seems to be related to balanitis , can be treated best with local application of steroid and antibiotic cream, systemic anti inflammatory , antibiotic, anti fungal and supportive care.

* The itching anus can be fissure, dryness peri anal region or else which should be addressed to the consultant surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
