How Can A Tear In My Palatoglossal Arch, Cough, Sneezing, Redness And Sore Throat Be Treated?

Theres a tear in my palatoglossal arch and it looks like i have Two Uvulas one smaller. Im not in alot of pain but my throat is bothering me and I feel sick, thought it was just allergies until i checked my throat and saw. My symptoms are fatigue, Cough, sneezing, redness and sore throat. please help
