How Can A Thigh Bruise, Black In Color Be Treated?

I have a small bruise on my inner right thigh that appeared suddenly two weeks ago. there has been no sign of fading away since then and the center is whitish and feels as if there's a bead/clot(or something there). Also the color is purplish black. it doesn't really hurt but i can feel it and i haven't done anything out of the norm to get a bruise. should i be worried? thank you
