Dear patient
thorn pick may lead to local infection especially with fungus like actinomycosis. it is rare but can happen. Please visit to nearby clinic for examination. If pick is not bleeding dressing may not be required. Take tab zerodol sp twice a day for pain relief. Tab cefixime 200 mg twice a day for 5 days to prevent secondary infection.
