How Can A Toe Injury Be Treated?

Hello My brother met with an accident damaging his right leg s great toe. He underwent a surgery post which there has been no blood flow to the toe and now it needs to be amputed tomorrow. Kindly let me know where can i upload the pics and scans....in need of expert advice urgently.
