How Can A Uterine Fibroid Be Removed?

My wife has fibroid of a diameter ranging from 3.83 cm to 4.2 cm. Unfortunately she is pregnant. We have consulted our Dr, and he said that the chance of the survival of pregnancy is 50% to 50% . Do we have any alternative to have a high chance of getting a baby in such condition?

Unfortunately due to her pregnancy it is very risky to operate/remove the fibroid. Usually a small fibroid does not pose very high risk if good follow up is maintained and proper action is taken when required.
