How Can A Vaginal Fleshy Growth With Pelvic Pain Be Treated?

hi doctor..i had my first sex 4 years back..it was continue for few months with same guy..not ondaily basis but after 15 or 20 days ..after that i never had sex till now..in mysexual period i never faced any gynae issue..every thing was normal till one year after i stopped sex..after a year i felt pelvic pain and smelly thick cream type discharge..i ignored it for few months..but discharge n little pain ddnt stop..i consulted a gynecologist and diagnosed with fungal infection..i took medicines and discharge and was gone..but little pain was there..i told that to doctor but she said everything is normal..since few months i am noticing a flesh hanging down my vagina.its not hurting but slight pelvic pain n frequent urine (at night time) is there..i couldnt discuss it my parents as they dont know m not virgin..please suggest me if this flesh is harmless(flesh is about 1 cm) or it could be harmful.
