How Can A Vaginal Lip Lump Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, I m a female, 25 years old, virgin, my boy friend noticed a lump at the opening of my vagina, just above the spot called perineum, I don t know how long it s been there, because I ve never liked looking at my vagina, until I knew this boyfriend. is this lump something serious, do I have to be worry about it?
