How Can A Vaginal Lump Be Treated?

Hello i have this bump on the lip of my vagina...its small but raised. it was kind of skin colored redish. it does not itch, hurt, or nothing. Yesterday i noticed skin on the top was ready to peel off. when i peeled it off, no oose came out or anything it was just red.
