How Can A Vaginal Lump With Pain Be Treated?

hello, after having sex i went to the toilet i felt, like a rash like the feeling you get when you get carpet burn. So i left it a few day puting sudocrem on it at night time and today in the shower it felt like its turned into little spots and i have found a lump/spot on the edge of my inner vigina lip which is close to where it has bin hurting, im just worried if i have court anything?
