How Can A Vaginal Lump With Pain Be Treated?

i have noticed i have a small lump on the anterior ov my vagina just above the vaginal opening. noticed it when trying to have inntercourse and now it is painful when sitting with my legs crossed and when wiping after using the restroom. Is this something serious?
