How Can A Wart On The Head Be Treated?

MY SON WHO IS 25 YEARS OLD HAS A WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM BECAUSE OF MY HISTORY HAS A GROWTH ON HE HEAD WEAR HE HAS SUN EXPOSURE HE SAYS ITS A WART BUT IM CONCERNED HE REMOVES IT BUT IT COMES RIGHT BACK IN LESS THAN WEEK. HE HAS DONE A LOT OF LANDSCAPING IN THE THE PAST I THINK IT MAYBE SOME FORM OF SKIN CANCER . SHOULD I BE CONCERNED AND SHOULD I ALERT HIM TO BE MORE URGENT ABOUT HIS CARE.

Hi.
As per your case history of wart, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Treatment options are cryotherapy, cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.
4. Other treatment options are oral levamisole, zinc given only after consulting a dermatologist.
