How Can A Wasp Sting Be Treated?

How do I treat a wasp sting? I got stung yesterday. Put vinegar & baking soda on it. That removed the stinging. It is and has been since itching and swollen. It has a dark spot I center, but I cannot see a stinger. It is on my neck, lower chin? What would be the best treatment?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if no symptoms are there then care need to be taken for infection now, and it is the venomous symptoms are there then better to see the ER it needs medical helps (Calamine lotion can be tried, clean the area with soap water ) hope this information helps.
