have problem of hearing its been everal days now i cant even hear the people when they talking on the phone and am a receptionist am 36yrs female few days not hearing when someone is talking on the phone

It is possible that you might have some problem in the ear like Otosclerosis,impacted ear wax,perforated drum etc.
Consult ENT surgeon and go for investigation and treatment accordingly.
