How Can A Wound In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I have a clean cut like wound between my vagina and my thigh. I am thinking is from the shaving but it on both sides. It is very painful when anything comes in contact with it. I don t think I have an std.what can I do to make it heal faster and to relieve my pain temporary. Thanks

The wound is likely to be infected.
Keep the area clean and dry
Use topical mupirocin cream
Wear loose fitting clothes and undergarments
You can take Advil to reduce pain and inflammation
If the pain to do not decrease in 2 days, follow up with your primary, to rule out abscess formation and need for oral antibiotics.
