How Can A Wound On The Chest Be Treated?

I had a difiberlater put in and they said they couldn t hook up the third wire,,three weeks past they call in dr smith and said he would do it,,,i woke up and he pull out the defibrillator out and place it in the center he then had to pincher the lung to get excess to the heart,,but now I look like franinstine,,I have a 5 inch cut at the botten of my chest and anither 3in cout on top but most of all breath onthat side hurts and it souns like I have penona in the one side,,its raspy
