I hurt my wrist doing an advanced yoga pose, may have given myself carpel tunnel by putting too much pressure on my wrist, as it was a one handed pose. It has been a year now, I have been resting it intermidently and started a wearing a wrist brace at night which has helped a lot. Do you have any other suggestions for healing? Do you think it will ever fully heal?
