How Can Abdomen And Umbilical Area Swelling After Breast Augmentation Be Treated?

I had a re do on my breasts with larger implants, tacking up of one that was falling down and a tummy tuck at the same time 6 weeks ago. My lower abdomen right above the scar and below my belly button that whole area is still very swollen and looks like a pooch. My doctor didn t have me wear any compression garment until recently and I keep getting checked by her but I am wondering how long the swelling could take? It never seems to change.
