How Can Abdomen Pain With Cramps Be Treated?

Hi doc am Zeenie Frank. I've been trying to concieve witout success for more than a year now. I always have this pain in lower abdomen which looks like cramps. Its comes on and off like a week after my ovulation and continues till my i see my period. My friend called this hot uterus. I started noticing this after my last pegnancy which i adorted. Could this be d reason am nt concieving? Can the cramps be stopping implantation? What do i do to stop this? Tnks.
