How Can Abdominal And Back Pain Be Treated?

i am in pain.badly uper abdoment side to side ,extending to my back. started after lunch ,bowel ob cooked beenswith 2spoon full of sourcream when break fast was, bagel and creamchees and dinner a sandwich wit much cheese. should i take some lemon,orange/citric acid to ease my pain, i used enema did not help. i cant sleep even with sleeping pill.?

Hi.
With so much of pain and problems you should visit the Emergency room as you need a consultation of a Doctor, investigations like blood: CBC, amylase and lipase to rule out Pancreatitis.
Upper GI Endoscopy to see the esophagus and stomach for ulcers as you have associated backache, which can be due to referred pain.
Ultrasonography to all the structures in the abdomen like gall bladder stones and infection .
