How Can Abdominal Bloating Along With Constipation Be Treated?

I returned from Mexico two weeks ago. I am bloated, constipated, blood in stool, and headache. One day, I had an explosion with feces in my panties filled with short stringlike stuff. Since then I have had two fecal tests but nether showed signs of worms. I m having problems sleeping from worry. What do you recommend?
