How Can Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea Be Treated?

I have a history of uterine fibroids and had two surgeries when I was younger, pre-menopasal. Now, I am 63, and they are back, along with an ovarian cyst, which I had two previous surgeries for years ago. I am having a lot of discomfort; bloating, gas, loose bowels, constant need to urinate and flatulence. hHat should I do now?

It is irritablebowel syndrome cause by worries and strees You take antidpresant along with anti-spam like buscopan..and if sign of dehydration take o,r.s.
