How Can Abdominal Bloating During Pregnancy Be Treated?

I am 7wks pregnant and just got over the stomach bug a day ago. Since this is the first day that I have an actual appetite and have eaten a full meal... I now have been experiencing gurgling in stomach severe gas for the past 9hrs. It's to the point that I can't sleep it is keeping me awake. Is there anything I can do?
