How Can Abdominal Cramps And Leg Ache During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi I m 29 yrs old , conceived naturally. This is my first pregnancy. I m just in my early 4th week. I had visited my doc who had prescribed me naturogest SR 200 as I had complained about abdominal cramps, leg pain. I don t have any history of menstrual disorders or irregularities. She said this medicine will help the uterus. Kindly let me know if this medicine is safe to have as I haven t had any medicine more than crocin prior! Thanks in advance!

get proper antenatal checkup. avoid much medication. can take tablet paracetamol .consult gynechologist for safety of drugs during pregnancy
