Hello Doctor My name is Diya and I m 41 years old. I have 3 kids and had a hysterectomy for fibroid few years back. But now my belly hangs a lot. I ve started controlling my diet. My question is if i try to reduce my belly through diet and little exercise will my hanging stomach go up or will it remain the same and what do i do about it except liposuction

You can detoxify your body with juices for one day, also take small frequent meals daily, and the best exercise would be a breathing exercise for you.
Believe me, if you inhale deeply filling your tummy full and exhaling for a long time squeezing out all air from tummy make the abdominal muscle contract and fat get burned. Do it 4 to 5 times for 10 minutes each at home. A 20 minutes’ walk is also suggested.
