Sir I have gas problem... I have 2 bowel moment in morning with gas... This problem is start in 3 months ago My stool some time is normal some time hard My stool dr test raport is normal But food remnants+ Yeast cell + So what can I do I m so worry about this

drink sufficient water and take fiber rich food. can take husk of isofgul dissolved in water at bedtime. can take tab unienzyme. can take probiotic along with curds. can take vitbcomplex.physicaly be active. change life style. can take cremafin at bed time.
