How Can Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Bad Breath Be Treated?

Hi .. I have been having stomach issues for several years now.. after several visits to a gastroenterologist it was determined i needs my gall bladder out. sduringthe surgery it was determined I had 2 bile ducks, therefore , not getting typical symptoms one was blocked by a large stone and then there were several smaller stones. Since then I am still having stomach issues that have been gradually getting worse.I have had an ultrasound on my liver & pancreas & I have a fatty liver. I just had a colonoscopy and biopsies done.. all looked good. I had stool samples done before Christmas and was told all was good . Today the doctor said the one for the most serious infection was not completed properly so I have to do it again. I am now going for a methane Hydrogen breath test . I also found that I have hashimotos thyroid issues and have been on synthrooidfor over a year now.. All blood tests look good. my stomach is always bloated and hurting .. tender in centre below my bust.. large bowel movements.. foul smelling .. urine fowl smelling.. breathe foul smelling .. don t feel hungry.. stomach hurts whether i eat or not.. always feels full.. gaining weight.. just eating 1 meal a day because I feel full I am very frustrated.. This is going on much too long and getting worse. i was retaining water around feet .. heart checked .. all ok.Now my glasses leave marks on my nose..face is puffy. Do you have any opinions on my condition ?
